Responsibilities: - Deliver mechanical technical competence training plan within budget and time frame given;
- Conduct dealer technical staff assessment according to Standard;
- Design training courses and programmes necessary to meet training needs, or manage this activity via external provider(s);
- Perform technical competence gap analysis and gap training at national level;
- Monitor and operate Competence Management System administration to deliver high consistency of dealers technical competence fulfillment in the system;
- Team play in global competence rewarding program;
- Provide any technical training support to new car launch/model year change;
- Develop self,and maintain knowledge in relevant field at all times.
Qualifications: - More than 5-year experience of mechanical-related technical field, experience in training is prefer;
- Bachelor degree/Diploma in mechanical or engineering related major;
- Fluent oral and written English;
- Professional appearance and personality with good presentation skills;
- Good team management skills and coordination ability;
- Proficient with Microsoft office&other common computer application.
