Job Responsibility:
1. Review the daily faulty parts, define the responsibility and provide the disposition solution. 2. Handling the quality problems found in daily production, involve SQE, ME, R&D to provide temporary and long-term corrective actions. 3. Manage the process quality data (NCR, Daily Test Stand Rejects Rate, Process Defects Record, Monthly Corrective Action Report, Process Quality Tracking list, A3 tracking list), through quality data analysis to recommend improve project. 4. Lead continuous improvement activities and release the improvement action tracking list weekly. 5. Handing the process inspection and final inspection instruction. 6. Support customer service to investigate the complaint products and improve following A3 or 8D flow; deal with the return parts according the claim process. 7. Statistical the supplier compensation fee for process quality issue. 8. Follow up and handle the nonconformity issues in product layout inspection and outgoing inspection. 9. Involve in the APQP stage to make CP and measurement tool plan, verify project gate deliverable compliance to Customer standard. 10. Internal process audit for continual improve of quality system implement. 11. Training and supervise inspector daily work. 12. Other works assigned by Quality Manager.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree of Engineering. 2. English : CET-4. 3. Measuring Instruments Internal Calibrate/Laboratory Quality Management experience. 4. Drawing reading capability. 5. >3 years working experience in factory quality control . 6. Experience in automobile parts industry and quality system ( ISO/TS16949& ISO9001). 7. Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA and 8D, CPK.
